Reg Montague is a seasoned supply chain and operations executive with experience leading transformation across consumer goods, industrial, life sciences, and public-sector organizations. He has held senior consulting and leadership roles at Accenture, Deloitte, and EY, where he guided Fortune 500 companies and public sector organizations through large-scale initiatives in integrated business planning (IBP), sales and operations planning (S&OP), procurement, and analytics-driven performance improvement. His work has consistently helped organizations strengthen operational resilience, improve profitability, and accelerate decision-making.

Beyond consulting, Reg has held significant operational leadership roles. As Vice President of Operations at Fashion Fair Cosmetics, he led end-to-end supply chain. Earlier, as Head of Strategy and Finance at Transport for London, he oversaw enterprise strategy, financial planning, performance management, and support functions for a workforce of more than 600, contributing to major capital and operational transformation initiatives.

Reg holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and an MS in Engineering Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, along with an MBA in Finance and Operations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Illinois and holds multiple professional certifications, including APICS CPIM-F, APICS CSCP, PMP, and Six Sigma Green Belt.

An active contributor to the field, Reg has published extensively on supply chain, inventory optimization, business case development, and risk management in Industrial Management, Industrial Engineer, and APICS Magazine. He was recognized as a Chicago Defender Man of Excellence for his professional achievements and community leadership.
