“Having the opportunity to advocate for improvements to the RFP process with the NJ Senators, Senate, and NJ-08 Congressional District and to be part of this incredible group is a great honor, and I am ready to stand strong for our small business community,” said Ms. Roach.
Members of the 10,000 Small Businesses Voices community will convene for a Virtual Capitol Hill Day on January 13 to connect with Members of Congress including Senator Cory Booker, Senator Robert Menendez and Rep Donald Norcross through 400+ virtual meetings and make their voices heard on Capitol Hill.
According to www.goldmansachs.com/citizenship/10000-small-businesses, “Small businesses play a crucial role in the economies and communities of every state, big city, and small town across America. While the businesses may be small, their impact is big. America’s more than 30 million small businesses employ nearly half of the private sector workforce. In the grips of the global pandemic and facing an uncharted economic recovery, small businesses need more help from Congress. Any legislative packages designed to support and grow the economy must include their voices.”
Pamela Roach is the owner and CEO of Breakthrough Marketing Technology (www.breakthroughgroup.com) which is a small business located in Jersey City, New Jersey.
